What was their challenge?
Since its founding in 1999, Solomon Edwards has seen significant
growth. The company approached Boomerang to help with their fast track expansion plan; that is, to open 3-4 offices per year.
A critical component of their program was to create a standard office environment that was easy to deploy throughout the country.
What Boomerang provided.
Boomerang provided space planning services, collaborating with the team at Solomon Edwards
to create 'typicals' and standards to be applied to all new offices going forward in the future. In addition, Boomerang also worked
with Solomon Edwards to manage their existing furniture inventory.
